She was very friendly but not in a way where she was trying to hustle tips, she was genuine, humble and honest. Im a fun loving guy and most people can tell, as she did, she treated me well in a sarcastic fun loving way. I feel like not only did I find a new stylist, I made a new friend, I appreciate the respect I received

Caleb here is AMAZING, but the the way the company does scheduling (or lack there of) and check in is ridiculously lacking. Not to mention the lady who runs the place being absolutely RUDE to the extreme. I checked in and as expected it was a lengthy wait, I noted that I wanted Caleb in my check in as I was directed to by the folks who work there. I then went to the salon when I received my notice to arrive. When I went in I checked in, and 35 mins later was advised that Caleb wasn't there or coming in. I chose to leave as I prefer him to for my hair as the other cuts I've received at this location have be sub par at best. It would have been very beneficial to have been told when I checked in that Caleb wasn't going to be there or at least upon arrival. 1 star on communication and organization. 0 stars on professiknalism of management
