When I got home I straighten it to see what my new hair cut looked like styled and it was very choppy and not well blended at all. I also asked to start long and see if I wanted to take more off and she said she didn’t want to give me more than one hair cut. I was the only one in there for about 20 mins and she was acting like she was in a rush and didn’t really care what my hair looked like.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
