She has a hunched back and limited mobility, and the stylist was unbelievably rude to her — repeatedly telling her to “sit up straight” or she’d “end up with a crooked haircut.” My grandma rarely leaves the house and was so embarrassed by how she was treated. To make matters worse, when she left, she lost her footing at the curb and fell down. Instead of helping her, the stylist laughed and said something along the lines of, “She must’ve loved her haircut so much she jumped off the curb.” I’m honestly disgusted. I can’t believe someone would treat anyone, let alone someone’s sweet grandmother, with that level of disrespect and cruelty. No one who behaves like that should be working in customer service — especially not with elderly clients.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
