The sides are all choppy and the top and bangs are way too short. I told her I want my bangs to just touch my eyebrows. They are about 1 1/2 to an 1 3/4 above them. The top is so short that it basically stands straight up. I tipped the highest amount because of the 14.99 special. Didn’t realize until I got home and got a good look at it as to how bad it was. I will continue to come but will be sure not to get the same stylist.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
