I called and asked if she was there. Her name is Jennifer. I told the lady on the phone that I understand there are 3 Jennifer’s, but that this one is the older lady. I explained her hair color and length, that she had long gingery blonde hair, that she calls herself the old lady, etc. The lady lied and said that Jennifer was there. When i got there after making an HOUR drive, Jennifer was not there. They said they only had a different jennifer, who had a short brown bob. I don’t see how this could’ve been confusion at all because I explained that the jennifer i was looking for had long gingery-blonde hair… And the other lady had a bob. So it was clearly not the same lady. So they wasted my time after working an 11 hour day and lied to me!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
