Sephora has changed a lot over the years, the products and brands they carry, what people expect out of makeup and skincare and their employees. I feel a bit odd at times being older, but I was so pleased when the employees were able to help me skin match with the products I was looking at. I’ve did research on what I wanted before going in, but appreciated the extra help in making sure I got the correct shade matched before I made the purchase. This helped me feel more safe and secure in my decision, that I was able to try the product on by a professional before walking away. Extremely pleased!
