- JJJamieSep 26, 20251.0went for a hair cut recently. the girl who cut my hair was rude, did not listen to what I wanted, and did a absolute horrible job. then tried to say ny hair was different textures. it legitimately looked like she put a bowl on my head. my hair was not faded at all like I asked and completely uneven everywhere. I refuse to leave my house without a hat on thats how bad it is. she legitimately took 10 minutes and when I asked why it looked one way on one side and another on the other she said because and didn't even attempt to fix her mess up. DO NOT GO THERE OR IF YOU DO REFUSE TO GET YOU HAIR CUT FROM THE GIRL WITH GREENISH BLUE HAIR DRESSED UNPERFESSIONAL. $20 WASTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- SSsiennaJul 6, 20251.0I’ve come to this location twice and each time was unpleasant. The first time, the stylist made my bangs so uneven that I had to go to Ulta Salon to get them fixed. I did not complain this time because I had not noticed until I got home. This second time, I came in at 4:45 on a Sunday, which I did not know that they closed at 5 which is my fault. I had checked in online just fine so I really did not think to check. However, all I get is a light dusting off of my dead ends which would take less than 10 minutes. One of the stylists got up and said they close at 5 and seemed like they weren’t going to cut my hair. I’m sorry but you’re open until 5; which means you can cut hair until 5. I would’ve left anyway once I found out they closed at 5 as I know it’s not great to come in before they close. I work in the restaurant industry myself so I do know that it’s not good customer service to make your client feel bad about it coming in, regardless of when you close.
