  Very disappointed 🙁 hair stylist Amanda Seeley, loft 1.completely different from what I expected ☹️ she told me to reschedule and do some highlights again but I cannot afford to do it again and again 🤯 worst experience 😖

  Absolutely horrible!!! I would not advise going to Carolyn. She was nice, but hair cutting skills lacking. My hair extremely uneven, both sides of my hair are different lengths. I showed her a picture of a woman with short hair with a little wave. And i leave looking like Sharon Osborne. This is the second time I have had a bad experience with this place. Just dont go here. Skip this place and go somewhere actually professional.

  Stylist: Kellie Johnson. Her profile lists a balayage treatment at $175 and up. We were told pricing could vary based on product usage, but being charged nearly $300 is excessive and indefensible. At no point during the appointment was there any indication the cost was approaching double the listed price. If a service advertised at $175 can realistically end up near $300, that needs to be explicitly communicated and approved beforehand, not justified after. My daughter likes the result, but the lack of pricing transparency overshadows the quality of the work. Lesson learned. Buyer beware

  I love Salon Lofts! Lisa Reid is a great hairstylist and always takes time to listen to what you want. She has been my hairstylist since 2010 and I am always very happy leaving her Chair!
