  Stylist: Kellie Johnson. Her profile lists a balayage treatment at $175 and up. We were told pricing could vary based on product usage, but being charged nearly $300 is excessive and indefensible. At no point during the appointment was there any indication the cost was approaching double the listed price. If a service advertised at $175 can realistically end up near $300, that needs to be explicitly communicated and approved beforehand, not justified after. My daughter likes the result, but the lack of pricing transparency overshadows the quality of the work. Lesson learned. Buyer beware

  This place does not know how to color curly hair so ask for someone that specifically knows what they are doing at that salon with curly hair

  I have been coming to Salon Lofts since Lisa Reid moved here a few years ago. Lisa Reid is an outstanding stylist and person. She takes time to understand what you want and delivers perfectly every time. I do not see any other stylists there, but I’ve met a few during my appointments with Lisa, and they are always very friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone walk out of Salon Lofts with a bad hairstyle! That’s why I’m shocked at some of these reviews. Please ignore them and give the stylists Salon Lofts a chance to do your hair, and I promise you won’t be disappointed.
