I highly recommend the Sheffield location instead—that’s where I had to go after the horrendous experience I had today. The stylist who cut my hair clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I honestly don’t know how she has a license, because my cut was uneven and sloppy. When I pointed it out, she tried to gaslight me into thinking it was an ‘illusion’ from my part/bangs… except I don’t have bangs, and I’ve been getting the exact same cut here for two years with zero issues until now. The manager wasn’t any better. She came over with an attitude and then gave me another uneven cut when she was supposed to fix it. Thankfully, the Sheffield location saved the day. The stylist there was professional, kind, communicative, and cut my hair correctly on the first try. The store was cleaner, the people were friendlier, and even other stylists complimented her work as they walked by. Night and day difference
