From the moment the session begins, the experience is incredibly relaxing and the sound of ocean waves playing in the background sets the perfect tone. She does an excellent job releasing tension, especially in my upper back, neck, scalp, and face. My first massage was so outstanding that I immediately purchased a membership. While it will be hard to stray from Karen, I’m also looking forward to trying other therapists as well. Fingers crossed they are just as great as Karen is!
