I stopped by to look at two specific mascaras and couldn't find their shelves, only one in some tester display, which was disorganized and didn't have that mascara available to buy. Total waste of time and frustrating.
- DPDianthe PseekosJun 18, 20241.0I stopped in this Sephora location this evening. When I came in, I saw the two young ladies working both doing their makeup. The store was dirty. Literally all the small waste cans which holds the used trial sponges ECT were overflowing. Most of the products were not stocked. There were 2 empty drinks cups stuffed behind the sample products. I browsed for awhile and not once did the associates acknowledge me. Then, when I went to check out, both girls were at the counter very openly talking about how they could not stand to work here. I was checked out and literally had my bag tossed to me as the girls just continued to chat. I have shopped Sephora for many years. I will say, this is the worse experience. Perhaps there should be an adult watching over the young kids "working"
