This is one of the best salons in central Ohio. A true hidden gem. I have seen 3 hairdressers here and have taken my kids here and they love it as well. I’ve had Linda, Lisa, and Penny. Any of them I highly recommend. I’ve always been beyond pleased. Linda just did an all over highlight on me this week then toned it and it’s gorgeous! She treats her customers with a customer service and kindness that is practically non existent anymore, and her work? Wow!!! Some of the best I’ve had! Give her a call, you’ll be glad you did.

Called to ask about the difference between two listed haircuts on the website one being $25, the other $58, both with similar descriptions, including wash, condition, and finger/blow dry. I schedule the appointment and come in for my cut. I show Min the styles I was thinking of, face framing pieces with layers and curtain bangs. She asked to cut my hair dry, which was odd but fine. Added layers only to the bottom two-three inches of my hair and my bangs were cut just longer than chin length, straight across, only from a thin section at the front of my head. No face framing, no curtain bangs. With the “style” she tried to do with my bangs it looked “okay”. Went to pay and saw $58 on the screen and when I asked was told they were working on getting it to the $25, but were confused where I came up with that price although later was told it happens all the time. Was told they don’t offer a $25 hair cut at all but then was told only one stylist, newly licensed, is the only one that offers that price and she wasn’t even in or else it would have been honored. Personally the fact that she wasn’t there should warrant the honoring of that price, but I don’t own a salon so idk. The website let me choose ANY STYLIST, not just THAT specific one. They tried to show me when I showed the website, but nothing added up. I ended up paying $43 for an “express cut” and my hair wasn’t washed, and the “style” hid how the bangs were not what I asked for. By style I mean she ran a straightener through my “bangs” only three times. I called corporate after not resolving the issue with someone who was acting as manager and was offered a cash or a gift card. I chose cash since I will not be returning, and when I got to the desk I was only given $25 back vs the $43 refund I assumed to receive when I was told “refund for the service”. A couple washes later and several attempts to style properly and I’m reaching out to a former stylist friend to fix and give me what I asked for. I dismissed the negative reviews as the salon meant a lot to me growing up watching my late mom get her hair cut and having great hair cuts there before. I expressed to Min how much my hair meant to me and now I feel like I can’t wear it down because the bangs are terrible and don’t suit me at all. If you care about your hair, spend the extra money to go to a better salon. I wish I would have done that.

Went in to have a bad cut fixed. Came out with Extremely Short hair and the same whacked off cut as I had from another salon. Will take months for my hair to grow back. Bad choice. Won't go back or recommend. Horrible

I had a cut and color appointment with Rhonda and she was AMAZING! I was so happy with the end result. She was so nice and had so much patience with my crazy thick hair. She kept double checking to make sure she was doing what I wanted. I will be back for sure!! Thanks Rhonda!!
