- PPPearlJan 8, 20251.0I had a pretty bad experience with a new stylist here. I really didn’t appreciate the unsolicited advice on how to wear my scarf. And the obnoxious very loud small talk all around my head, one of the stylist repeatedly kept on judging my hair saying to my stylist “YEAH GET RID OF THOSE SPLIT ENDS” to which my stylist responded that she didn’t want me to cry like what was going on. And it time I asked for pricing they’re talk in circles refused to give any transparency, initially wanted to cut the style short and kept on very aggressively telling me to book a couple of appointments even though I said no, they’d still continue trying to sell to me unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be coming to this location. I accidentally booked at Tuttle instead of Polaris’s where I had two great experiences.

My son did absolutely horrible and I had to really hold him even with him moving and screaming earl was able to keep going without stopping and trying to get at angles which was amazing since that would prolong my appointment , he interacted w my little guy the whole time and sometimes it helped. Even with a moving screaming kid he was still able to perfect the haircut which was on 14 bucks TOTALLY WORTH IT!! Thanks again Earl you are our new stylist from here on out.
