Please get her some coaching.

I knew when I left yesterday they had cut more than I wanted, but I did not realize how much more until this morning. This is absolutely unacceptable. I asked for a trim. I was very specific that I did not want a lot cut off the length. They asked if I wanted layers, to which I said light layers, do not take anything off the total length. I have never been able to grow long hair until the last 3 years and now all that effort has been wasted because they took 5" off my length. That is over a years worth of growth for me. I am beyond livid and if I call them directly or go there in person I will end up getting ugly and possibly violent. I feel violated. I feel like they stole something from me I will never get back.
