She was done with his haircut and the boy didn't want to get out of the chair. The dad picked him up and took him off the seat. The little boy climbs back up in the chair and being a brat. Then dad removes him again and they proceeded to the checkout. That's when the little boy grabs a bunch of tattoos the store offers and wants the girl who cut his hair to put them on him. Meanwhile I am waiting trying to be patient. They walk back to a sink to put the tattoos on and I guess the kid didn't like the ones he picked out and came back up to the counter and grabbed a bunch more. Meanwhile the dad is standing at the entrance door waiting. I blame this dad as much as Bre for waisting my time as this spoiled brat held this worker up for at least 15 minutes which had me waiting an extra 15 minutes. Then the dad goes back to his kid and the Bre and started talking with her. At this point I'm done waiting and walked out. What a waste of my time and I will never be back to that Great Clips again.

- CSCourtney SuonJun 12, 20251.0I wish I could give this a lower rating. Just took my son for his very first haircut. He is almost one so he likes to move around. The older lady that was cutting his hair was extremely rude right off the rip. Yelled at my for not understanding that she wanted me to pick up my son so she could put the cape over me. Once she started cutting his hair she was wanting him to look down. Mind you, he’s not even one yet. So he doesn’t understand that yet. Was trying to force his head down. Then yelled at me again for not keeping him completely still. My son started to get upset and moving around so I stood him up on my lap to try to calm him back down and once again this lady yelled at me saying “he needs to sit down right now he can’t be standing. Sit him down right now”. I finally had enough of her yelling at us that I told her to just give him a moment to calm down. After the hair cut I realized she didn’t not cut around his ears and the hair on the front of his head is completely crooked, so much so I’m gonna have to try to fix it. Please train the employees on how to work with kids. If they aren’t comfortable, then they need to say they can’t cut kids hair.
