  I went into Kohls to purchase an item at Sephora. I think the woman who helped me today was named Shanay and she was the epitome of great customer service. She engaged with me and helped me find the right shade of concealer and continued to ask questions to meet my shopping needs without being pushy. I felt comfortable chatting with her and shared about my skin issues and insecurities and she gave me so many helpful suggestions on products in a casual way where I didn’t feel like she was giving me a sales pitch, she was just trying to share her knowledge and was trying to be helpful. Her empathy and understanding went a long way to where I think I will start shopping at this location instead of Ulta near my house. She has a lot of knowledge in different products for skin and hair, even suggestions on hair products to help my psoriasis. She was professional and kind and I’m sure a great asset to anyone she works for. I will return to this location because of how she impacted my shopping experience! Thank you!

  Bought my son his first cologne set from here and it was $135. While asking questions, they were annoyed and didn’t care. Checking out they ignored us the whole time, basically THREW our bag at us. Got home and the travel spray inside the box set was broken.

  I’ve gone to this Sephora many times. Every time I’ve been treated horrible by staff. Called 3 times today and waited 20 minutes to get an answer every time didn’t get an answer.

  Went in to return a foundation that was purchased about week ago. Not my shade after giving it a few tries to see how it oxidizes on my skin and watery consistency. The worker then asked if I need help being re-matched to my correct shade and I politely declined as I had already gone to another Sephora to get re-matched and purchased the correct shade online as they were out in store. During this return, the employee starts opening the bottle of foundation and putting it on the back of her hand (I assume to make sure the shade was accurate? Idk.) She proceeds to say that there is water or oil in the foundation that I am returning, and treats me as if I am the one who put said water or oil in it. Gave me a dirty look and handed me my return receipt. Why else would I be returning the foundation? It was the incorrect shade AND I also agreed the consistency of it was strange. This was my first time purchasing this foundation so I didn't know any better. I’ve already re-purchased the foundation online hopefully in the correct shade. Walked out of there feeling like I had a target on my back. I do not appreciate being treated this way simply for just returning something that did not work out for me. It’s not like my return effects how this employee was going to get paid regardless ? Customer service has gone down tremendously. My advice to you, don’t return any used products here or you’ll have the finger pointed at you as to why there’s a problem with the item you are returning.
