- LLLloydApr 2, 20261.0I’ve been in her multiple times now, both morning and evening and each time the workers have been rude ! Very poor customer service skills, do not greet you or pick and choose who they greet. I asked for samples of a foundation the person didn’t write the shade or label the containers so I had no idea what was what. The store was not busy. Second time the worker was just rude about providing the samples . I will not come back here if I don’t half too. The Sephora by Kroger is better they are much friendlier there

While I was paying, two ladies who work there started giggling and laughing at me. I don’t know why, but it made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected. I was just trying to shop peacefully. This kind of behavior from workers is not okay. I don’t know if they were laughing because I wear a hijab or for some other reason, but it did not feel right. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect.
