  The staff here seem to consistently not see or ignore customers of a certain age, specifically women over 50. I am rarely offered help at this store, while my daughters or younger women are catered too. This is why I prefer to order online.

  Had a great experience getting color matched-Liam was super helpful and fun! He found the perfect shade for me and was able to suggest more hydrating concealers and skin tints to help my skin

  Absolutely love Sephora! It’s my favorite place to stop by honestly feels like therapy every time I go. The atmosphere, the products, and just browsing around always puts me in a better mood. Never disappoints!

  Normally have a quick and easy experience picking up my monthly online order, but today was different. I have always used my photo ID to pick up my orders, but the associate that helped me today refused to use my photo ID to verify my order. She claimed that the system makes her scan the barcode in the order confirmation on the app/email. Even after telling her I have always shown my Photo ID and that the order confirmation says a Photo ID is valid, she still refused to take my ID. I’m lucky I had my phone on me but some people might not be able to access their confirmation online and/or may be picking up on someone’s behalf and only have their ID to present.
