  Worked with Sumayyah at the store and she was an absolute gem!!! I had three young girls with me who all were eager to learn about the products. She took the time to educate them and effectively inform us about the entire store, its products and the company mission in a fun way. And she did all this in spite of the store being well-travelled- she balanced the flow of business with an amazing connection with us. Thank you for your great skills- you made some young girls’ night !!!

  I had such an incredible experience with Sam and Becca at Lush! We came in about 30 minutes before closing (which I felt so bad about), but you never would have known it from the way they welcomed us. My friend had never been to Lush before, and I dragged him in to show him how amazing it is—and Sam and Becca absolutely made that experience unforgettable. When we walked in, they were singing, laughing, and just radiating the best energy. It instantly made the whole store feel fun and inviting. They were both so kind, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic. They took the time to show my friend around, explain products, and offer thoughtful recommendations based on scents he liked. Not once did we feel rushed, even though it was close to closing time. What really stood out was how above-and-beyond they went—they even sent him home with samples. Sam and Becca made his first-time visit to Lush truly special, and I’m so grateful for their kindness and amazing vibes. They’re exactly the kind of people who make you want to come back again and again!

  my fiancé and i stopped in for some self care products after losing our cat this morning and the employees were so incredibly sweet and welcoming to us. everyone there was amazing, but Samaya (i think that was her name) was so attentive and helpful. everyone encouraged us to stay as long as we wanted to check out the products to waste some time before having to go home to an empty house. we will definitely be back asap. i haven’t had a customer service experience this great in a very long time. we appreciate you guys!
