  The old blonde girl who works there is extremely rude for no reason, talking out of the side of their mouth but doesn't speak up. Sad because the girl who cut my hair was nice and professional. Ruined the chance of me ever coming back to this specific store.

  Stacey is very unprofessional. Went to extreme measures to purposely mess up a hair cut and make a customer uncomfortable. Would never recommend this location and stylist should not be working with the public.

  Do not go to the Graceland Plaza Great Clips. I normally go to the High St. location close to campus, but came to this one today because it opened earlier. As soon as I got sat in a chair my stylist Stacey immediately started laughing at and judging the haircut I was asking for: A 0-3 guard fade on the sides, and 1” off all over with some texture. A cut I’ve had done several times by other stylists. She went on cutting my hair in silence, only pausing occasionally to ask me a question about why I would get my hair cut like this and once again laugh. I was already incredibly uncomfortable with the commentary being made, but the actual haircut experience was also awful. I’m surprised I didn’t get cut with how hard she was brushing the razor against my head, scraping my scalp with a comb and yanking through tangles like it wouldn’t hurt. The final straw was when I asked for a few shorter framing pieces in the front and she snipped two little half-inch chunks at the front and chuckled “is that what you mean by framing?” I told her it’s fine, that I would fix it at home. Got up without being blow-dried by my own choice, paid, and left. Getting home, you can see how uneven and bad the cut is. It was very clear she was uncomfortable doing the cut from the jump, and was rushing through just to get it over with. I’m lucky as a performer my hair is hidden half the time anyways, but if you’re looking for someone to cut your hair don’t go here. 💜

  Stacy is so rude, laughed at my wife’s hair and made fun of what they were asking for. If you’re lgbt+ and looking for a short gender-affirming cut, I WOULD NEVER recommend this great clips and especially not Stacy. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. I don’t care if she thought she was being funny, but it was just straight up rude. Never going back there again

  Chatty at the Graceland location was wonderful! I came in for a simple cut to get some length off and some long layers, as well as a touch-up on my undercut. I've been dealing with excess tangling lately and wasn't sure why -- Chatty informed me that it's not tangled, just damaged from bleach and other products I've used. She suggested a couple of easy home remedies to hopefully help heal some of the damage on my hair! I will be trying them and definitely returning to this location.
