She left and went to the mountains vernon branch a couple months ago which was so devastating. She always gave me the best layers haircut! One day i went in for a normal trim and decided to give Abigail a shot cause Jordan had left. I clearly told her i was trying to retain my hair length but snipped so much of my hair off 😭 it was closing time as well so im sure she was trying to wrap up but she didnt even spray my hair with water - just went in and snipped. If youre having abigail cut your hair please dont do it during closing time. Its been a month and im still in so much sadness bc of a haircut she gave me :(
- NPNick PMar 28, 20265.0I’ve been going to Great Clips since they first arrived in Columbus back in the 90s, and I’ve traveled all around the country visiting different locations since then. Sarah at the Sun Center shop is hands down the best. I think that’s how she spells her name, and she truly gives the best haircuts I’ve ever had. She is the only stylist I’ve found who consistently gets it right every time. If you’re going to this location, definitely ask for her—you won't find a better cut at any other Great Clips nationwide!

Madison gave me some recommendations on hair care/gel, and Sammi gave me a great buzz cut and told me funny cat stories that brought light during a challenging time in my life. :) Highly recommend, they are fast, professional, efficient but also are warm and friendly! They are in a great location, right off of Sawmill, next to Whole Foods. Use the online check-in if you can; it's efficient. They have some time allotted if you are running behind, feel free to call and they will work with you schedule-wise, etc. The other Great Clips locations are solid too, but this one is probably the best in the area!

Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
