The services were great except for the deep tissue massage because it was not a deep tissue massage at all. It was everything but a deep tissue massage and I was extremely disappointed being as though I spent quite a lot of money at this establishment my massage therapist kind of threw my Arms back on the massage table, as if she didn’t care I was kind of disappointed

They informed me they no longer do special drinks like that. I also felt like my services were a bit rushed. I came in with well groomed nails and felt like I paid a lot to basically just get my nails painted with little to no shaping or filing. I did enjoy the pedicure. Unfortunately I could hear all of the front desks conversations during my services in the nail room. My friend got an 80 min massage but said it lacked fluid motion and wasn’t super happy with it for the price she paid. Over all I would say it was over priced and not the Woodhouse experience I was expecting.

To start, the lady with the sista with the black and blonde hair was super sweet when I walked in, and she walked me to the quiet room. The quiet room was dope! I had the Holistic Rejuvenation Pedi with Hot Stone, and a Had Treatment. It was so relaxing and Natalie made me super comfortable. In addition, the products used smelled amazing, from the citrus and grass sugar scrub, to the coconut milk hand treatment mask, and the oil used with the hot stone massage. The scents are subtle, if you are sensitive to smells. I highly recommend Woodhouse Spa, especially if you need a relaxing getaway!

Breanna created the most relaxing environment for my facial. My skin is glowing and feels amazing. Shannon made the pedicure experience pure joy. Her friendly and engaging personality was a complete delight. I felt extremely pampered and left with a new found sense of peace. Thanks Woodhouse!

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is required to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Minor Policy
To ensure a serene atmosphere for all our guests, Woodhouse Spa welcomes individuals aged 13 and above. We kindly request that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa. Minors (guests under the age of 18) may only receive Woodhouse Spa services following written parental/legal guardian consent. Woodhouse Spa reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for underage guests. Minor guests must be paired with a therapist of the same sex. Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian present during the entirety of the performed service(s). Minors may not receive treatments in the Vichy Shower. Minor guests must be 16+ to receive Bikini Wax and have a parent or guardian in the room. Minors may not receive Brazilian Wax.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash and Woodhouse Spa gift cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept checks at this time. Woodhouse gift card contains a value that may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at the time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable but can be converted to spa credit. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
For products that have been opened or partially used, or if returned beyond our 30-day return window, we offer an in-store credit. Clothing items and products that remain unopened or unused, and those returned within the 30-day period, qualify for a refund to the original form of payment.
Parking
The spa is located on Polaris Parkway, adjacent to Gigi's Cupcakes and The Lash Lounge. Convenient parking is available right outside our building.
Nails
We are delighted to offer a luxurious selection of traditional manicures and pedicures. Our guests can choose from a variety of premium polishes to suit their preferences:
CND Vinylux Long Wearing Polish: Enjoy a polished look that lasts with our durable and stylish CND Vinylux range.
CND Shellac Gel Polish: Opt for the long-lasting, high-shine finish of CND Shellac, perfect for those seeking a resilient and glossy manicure. Please note that we do not offer gel polish pedicures.
Dazzle Dry: Elevate your experience with Dazzle Dry, a revolutionary lacquer system that dries completely in just 5 minutes without the need for UV or LED lights. Despite its long-lasting nature, Dazzle Dry polish can be removed easily with regular nail polish remover.
Please note: We are unable to remove SNS/dip and acrylic nails at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
