I was checked in quickly and brought to a room within 2 minutes, which I appreciated. However, the massage itself was mediocre at best — not terrible, but definitely not the best I’ve had. During the session, the massage therapist left once to check in another client and spent a noticeable amount of time texting — I counted at least 10 messages sent and received while I was supposed to be relaxing. What truly ruined the experience was the way the tipping was handled. After paying \$65 for a subpar massage, I was immediately shown the tip screen and asked how much I wanted to leave. I said \$10, which I felt was reasonable given the service. The reaction was shocking — one woman laughed and walked away, and the other appeared visibly disgusted and upset that I didn't leave more. I felt pressured and uncomfortable, as if I was being guilted into giving more than I felt was deserved. Tipping should be earned, not demanded. I left feeling disappointed and disrespected. I won’t be returning.
