    Absolutely horrible customer service. I was sold a $100 YSL perfume that turned out to be defective. The fragrance was unusually oily and ended up staining my clothes. When I researched it afterward, I learned that oily perfume can sometimes indicate a counterfeit product — which is extremely concerning. This is the Sephora at Polaris Mall. When I brought it to their attention they told me no refund no exchange.

    This was my first time in a makeup store, Drina was very helpful to choose foundation, blush and lip gloss. Even brow pencils and mascara I had a gift certificate so I wanted to make sure I got everything to have a finished look. They were great at helping me choose colors. I will return.

    DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i went there to redeem points for items on my birthday that was supposed to be a quick in and out, and it ended up being hours asking different staff members about how the system works and receiving a different answer every time. a woman with very short bleached blonde hair had directly gave me misinformation saying that the point system was available for full sized items, in which i had a feeling that that was too good to be true to the point where i vocalized that to her and she had continued to insist. when we get to the counter, the front staff had no idea how it worked as well and only adding more time and confusion to the entire process. after a literal three hours of attempting to figure this out due to the inconsistent answers, a manager had told me that all of the items i had collected were invalid for the points redeem. there was nothing offered to help fix this confusion nor to make up for the time that they had wasted for me on my 25th birthday while i was still in a rush to get ready for my celebration. the staff are incompetent in the area of being knowledgeable about their own marketing and will happily waste your time due to their own lack of training.

    I went in to this store on Jan. 3rd and was disgusted at how dirty the store was. The makeup samples in every aisle were dirty, makeup was smeared everywhere. I joked with my kids that I was sure you'd contract MRSA if you used the samples. The shelves were dirty and dust was caked on, it was obvious nothing had seen a dust rag or cleaning product in a very long time. With Sephora being considered a "high end" store, you think they would take more pride in the way their store and products are presented.

    I’m glad to see it wasn’t just me being treating like absolute trash on the phone with Sephora today I don’t know who was on the phone but they really need to look into this I’m not the only one and I know I’m not going to be the last seems like u can’t ask a simple question without being snarked at or jus treated less than this Sephora will never see my business again and it seems like a lot more people are feeling that way I hope you guys fix this asap
