- AAAJan 18, 20264.0Ray is the best sales Associates. She helped me find the product I want and she does not have any attitudes. Everyone should learn from her. Also the girl with piercings is helpful. There is a shorter girl straight hair also was cute and offered help. Some of them have attitudes that they need to work on. The cashier (black hair) did not offer me any samples even though I got stuff with almost a 100 bucks. When i asked she said yes i can give you. They need to work on customer satisfaction and be genuine and nice to customers. Also they need to clean the bins for disposable applicators and cotton pads. It all dusty and messy.

Sadly, poor customer service has become the norm in today’s generation, and the lack of professionalism, leadership, and training is evident. Very disheartening.
