Me being a guy and not wearing makeup have nothing to do in there so I go to sit in one of there salon chairs, none of which were in use while I was there. The staff said no one could sit in the chairs if they weren’t getting service and when I asked if I could sit while I wait he asked me to get out. There’s no other seating areas in the store and he still made me get up from sitting in an empty unused chair. Thought it was rude and no Custer friendly especially as it’s snowing outside

She went above and beyond—even going so far as to spray the testers on her own hair so I could see the finish and effect in real time. That level of care, creativity, and personal effort is so rare and honestly made my day :) Her kindness and professionalism really stood out, and thanks to her, I found exactly what I needed. Give that woman a raise!
