  Normally have a quick and easy experience picking up my monthly online order, but today was different. I have always used my photo ID to pick up my orders, but the associate that helped me today refused to use my photo ID to verify my order. She claimed that the system makes her scan the barcode in the order confirmation on the app/email. Even after telling her I have always shown my Photo ID and that the order confirmation says a Photo ID is valid, she still refused to take my ID. I’m lucky I had my phone on me but some people might not be able to access their confirmation online and/or may be picking up on someone’s behalf and only have their ID to present.

  I stopped into Sephora looking for help with a shade match and buying a few other makeup products after not having luck at a competitor. Kenzie was fantastic, it had been a long time since I had bought foundation and I am not too knowledgeable about makeup but she helped me find exactly what I was looking for! My shade match was perfect and I was even able to find a contour that would look good with my skin tone! Shopping at this location was a great experience and Kenzie and all of the staff were extremely helpful

  the cashier with the cool orange/yellow hair and purple colored nails was so sweet! they gave me such nice compliments and made my day. this sephora was able to help me find a new perfume that suits me. i definitely recommend this location 😊

  I needed a quick shade match and to pick up a few items. Jonny was SO attentive, got me exactly what I needed, the perfect shade, and I was still in and out of the store in under 30 minutes. Fabulous. Really great location.
