They are so helpful and know everything there is to know about the products they sale. They will 100% give you their honest opinion about their products. And will make sure you walk out happy with what you buy. The store is always clean and inventory is always stocked. And if whatever it is you're looking for isn't available, they will always try to order it for you. Love it here!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
