- CRCassedy RegerDec 30, 20251.0I would give this store a 0 if i could. Upon picking up my order i was given 2/3 items. I called in to the store and they said “oh it’s pending you won’t be charged for the missing item” and guess what. I was charged. Then I called back in and spoke to a man who took my info but didn’t even ask which item wasn’t received. I had to ask him if he needed to know and he took the info. And guess what. Still NO refund. So I spoke to the original store i go to in Pickerington(they’re great!) and they gave me the customer service number and I finally got it taken care of. That guy manager is terrible at his job. No matter how much I need a product I’ll never shop at this location again due to the poor customer service I received.
- SMshukri mohamedAug 25, 20251.0If I could give this location a 0 I would. Not only did they miss up my order but they expected me to drive to the store to do an exchange for the correct product. I have a busy schedule with two little kids under two and I work full-time. I just don’t have the time to go there before they close. I’ve spoken to two people there the first person ( a guy) said he would correct their mistake and send me out the correct product I ordered but it would come next day which was fine but I never got it. When I called back about not receiving it I was told to come in to make an Exchange I told the lady I spoke with I’ll try to come in but no guarantees anyways, I couldn’t make it that was a couple days ago and I still don’t have the correct product on top of all that I was charged extra $20 on my card not sure for what over all give them 0/10 for customer service

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
