  I booked an appointment with Heather Moodi, who is listed on Salon Lofts' website as a master stylist and colorist, expecting a high level of expertise, skill, and experience. During the appointment, there appeared to be significant uncertainty about the specific layering technique I requested (layers starting at the cheekbone, and short layers for increased volume at the crown), as well as limited familiarity with working with natural red hair. Because I did not feel confident proceeding with color services after the initial consultation during the appointment, I chose to proceed only with the haircut. Unfortunately, the final cut did not include the requested layers and differed significantly from the reference and description I provided. Given the advertised master-level designation, I expected greater technical confidence and clarity. I left feeling very disappointed with the outcome.

  I always have a great experience when getting my hair done with Lindsey Yost!! When moving to Columbus over 3 years ago I had only known one hair dresser for 25 years ,and was worried about switching salons and stylist! She was able to understand my needs with my horrible description and create a perfect cut and color! Even when wanting to switch it up and go from blonde to brunette with no idea of which shade she was able to provided examples, ideas that would go well with my skin tone, and create a color that looks natural! Highly recommend her to everyone I meet in Columbus!

  Had an appt today at 2pm with a Sofi....told them I was in Upper Arlington area...so they set me up with an Upper Arlington Location....went to the Upper Arlington location were there was NO Sofi.....totally embarrissed I called them 3 times they never answered the phone......WENT TO Dibela Hair and Nails desprately hoping for a miracle squeeze in......they not only squeezed me in but did a damn good job on my roots for strawberry blonde hair and gave me nice blonde highlights and eyebrow job for alot less than this salon charges just for color.....thank you for totally embarrissing me on a wacked appt......i gave me hair dresser a 20 dollar tip......and super greatful too cause my hair probably would have also been a total wack job....would not recommend this place....they might have high ratings but there company is up for sale
