Not only did they take their time to take it out and clean it, but they also helped me put a new post in One of the holes so not all was lost for me. She was kind, she explained everything from start to finish, and before they took it out, they fully inspected it to make sure it was absolutely not completely salvageable the way it was. This was such a great experience after having such a terrible experience at the tattoo shop I went to originally. I would recommend this shop 10/10 times
