They weren’t as busy that day so they had 2 nurses pierce at the same time. Great experience! When I went to change her earrings at home, I got one out and it started bleeding. I wasn’t able to get the new earring in, so I went back for a nurse evaluation. Our nurse, Thalia, was so patient and was able to open the piercing up without having to re-pierce. She then got the original earring back in. Our daughter was not a fan of the process, but everyone was so nice and patient to be kind to her (and me!) Would go here again for myself or other daughter!!
