Today, one of those employees assisted me again and treated me unprofessionally. She set my IV drip too fast, causing pain, and she also hurt me when removing the IV needle. Her attitude made me feel like she was upset because of my previous complaint. I value your services, but I do not feel comfortable being assisted by this employee anymore. Please note this in my file.

There is no pressure to sign up for a monthly package, you can pay as you go, buy packs of credits or do a monthly plan. They throughly explain how each therapy works before you go through it and don't make you feel bad for asking questions.
