We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

I liked how they limited, how many people could come in at once as to not overwhelm the shop. I have a son who is autistic and does not do good in crowds and every time we go in there they're always so lovely to him and very gentle

Sadly, I will never purchase again after visiting an Ohio location to find that instead of name tags, the employees wore buttons that said, “Hello” and then listed their pronouns. When approaching the register, I use to enjoy grabbing a pamphlet about their product line, but those were replaced with pamphlets about supporting Trans people. They’ve turned their stores into a platform instead of focusing on their products and the customer experience. This coupled with their outward support of other political views is a hard pass for me. People shop to ESCAPE the noise, not to be further inundated with it.

Kyla was amazing: super knowledgeable about all the products and able to give me thoughtful, spot-on recommendations. Easily my best Lush experience yet! Highly recommend.
