From start to finish, she was fantasticāprofessional, attentive, and truly caring. She took the time to walk me through the entire procedure, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. During the treatment, she was very gentle, applying just the right amount of pressure and moving slowly and carefully, which really contributed to the great results. I was even happy to see that I had minimal bruising and swelling afterward, and those side effects only stuck around for a couple of days, so I could get back to my usual routine in no time.

This time I was incredibly overwhelmed by the force I experienced to purchase additional services and products. And the criticism over how I pronounced something (I was correct btw) was unnecessary. They pushed their specials when I scheduled, when I walked in the building to check in, when I sat down in the chair, before my injections, after my injections while waiting to use the coupon phrase (š) and then as I was headed out the door. Excessive and pushy. Odd. The provider did a lovely job, fast, skillful. But I donāt need a critique of my cheap, average-person beauty products. I donāt have 1k for questionable non FDA regulated āmedical gradeā products. Management needs to stop pushing employees to up sellā¦.please ?
