My color was rushed and halfway thru the process, the stylist takes another customer I was left at the sink with chemicals sitting on my hair for to long and after being helped by a different stylist for washing my hair I was left in the chair with dripping wet hair. The blow dry was rushed and horrible. Terrible experience from this salon.
- PJP JSep 27, 20185.0After asking people who did their hair it happened to be Kaleb at JCP Salon inside JC Penney. Yes JC Penney! They’re one of five Day Spa Salons in the country. Who knew?! Kaleb has been schooled on technique but can also add his own flair. He listens and makes suggestions that will get you really excited that you’ve found someone who is so passionate about their work. He’s a true creative and an interesting guy at that. The entire staff seems to get along like family and it feels more like we’re all at a thanksgiving dinner table than salon. I moved to Ohio last year and so grateful that I found the perfect stylist I need in my life. Go see him, soon after you’ll have strangers smiling at you and others asking who did your hair. It happened to me and I barely left the building!
