A second stylist showed up out of the back after that time, didn’t bother to call a name, and took the guy who was checked in after me first. Won’t be going back. Fun side note: I heard the stylist read off the haircut notes for my haircut to the other guy. We have different hairstyles. Hope he likes my haircut!

I asked for a shampoo and was told... we don't do that anymore. When I pointed out that it was listed on their services board they said it wasn't available. Really?! I have been there MANY TIMES IN THE PAST for exactly this service. Always tipped at least $5.00 too! I will never return there.
