In other words, nothing special; no "style." I got home and took a shower, and then noticed the attendant had missed a couple of hairs on my head, and done a horrible job with the left side of my neck. At $40 after a tip, I feel very disappointed and will not return.

Right when I sat down, the man cutting my hair proceeded to go into graphic detail of the mess a customer had made in the bathroom. He also continually pulled my hair when combing it, seemingly unaware that you're supposed to start from the bottom, not the top, of the scalp. It really hurt, and I was afraid to speak up due to the harsh and unprofessional tone I had heard him take earlier with his female coworker. Also, I asked for long layers, but he gave me short layers - more like a shag haircut. It's visibly uneven too. Really unhappy and upset with my experience.

I called back to see if I could come in and get it fixed and they said yes but when I arrived to the salon they told me no I would have to pay again. Bad service and rude staff. I will not come back to this or any other great clips again. If I could give 0 stars I would.
