- SKSai kiranMar 20, 20261.0“The person named ISSAC has very poor behavior. He pressures customers to give extra tips, which is completely inappropriate. Because of his behavior, many people have stopped coming to this location. Tipping should be optional and based on customer choice, but Isaac insists on it and even asks customers directly why they didn’t tip. He has also told customers not to come back if they don’t leave a tip. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I request the owner or manager of this store to review the camera and audio recordings to observe his behavior with customers.

Horrible business

However, the woman cutting my hair was aggressive with the comb ( I have thin hair, freshly washed and no knots), her comb honestly felt it was made of needles on my scalp. She barely spoke 3 words outside of questions about the hair cut, her chair side manner was minimal and honestly not welcoming. While the biggest complaint would be I got maybe 2-3 milliseconds to respond to “ look down” prior to her pushing my head farther down. I’m very disappointed in my experience this time around and sadly will be looking elsewhere

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
