- KBKristy BreulerOct 4, 20253.0I took my bfs daughter in today we was a walk in no problem I understand our wait is a lil longer excepted the 40 min wait was getting a lil frustrated after an hr there was 2 women the lady that checked me in was extremely rude so I hoped we didnt get her thankfully we didnt .as I was with my person the other lady was also doing a child's hair he was about 8 ir 9 yrs old his dad was in waiting room well he had a Mohawk and the kid knew how he wanted his hair the lady perked him around and said very rudely do you want someone else tooncut it I watched that kids self esteem and opinion of him self fall out his soul I told the father and and he he knew and he held his composure and said ik I will just take him next store so not only did she kill that kids self esteem but she made that dad pay double hair cuts .if you dont like your job find a new one The lady i had was very nice and respectful too every person who walked in the door.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
