  Just left there, walked in and explained a list of brands I have tried and don't like (I am a deep/dark skinned woman with acne scars and golden/yellow undertones not red or blue for reference). I also explained I typically bounce between tient idol from lancome or double wear with Este lauder and know my shades in those. But since both formulas have changed a little I want to try something else with full coverage that's matte since I'm insanely oily even with primer and powder. They gave me to their newest girl who was so sweet and trying her best. But due to the aforementioned I'm not exactly the easiest customer. She radioed for other suggestions and tried them but since she's new she's not that used to color matching. Also in classic retail behavior asked if I'd like to purchase the tone she thought looked best. I declined but asked for a sample since some brands oxidize on me after a few hours. My sample couldn't even cover a cheek which anyone with experience knows especially with deeper skin it's a spectrum of tones so you need to be able to do a true cover to actually see if it matches. Obviously this isn't this girls fault because she's brand new. I called to explain this to the manager who essentially said she remembers me and that this young woman was new and would coach her because they go trial by fire until they do their trainings. But that bothers me. She recalls me, was being radioed by this poor woman struggling and didn't opt to have someone with more experience swap out? Color matching is pretty hard in general let alone matching anyone med toned and beyond and you left the new girl to it? That's just disappointing and feels like you're setting up new hires for failure as well as failing a whole demographic of people. I just to reiterate that the woman who helped me was so kind and doing her best but I feel like management dropped the ball.

  This was my first time visiting this location. I work near by and haven’t gone in until today. RANI was amazing. She took her time with me and listened to what I like and didn’t like. I showed her some stuff I have bought in the past and she got me into colognes and perfumes that I never would have looked at before. She is absolutely amazing. Super friendly, professional and I will be coming back just because of her. 10/10 would recommend and ask for Rani!!

  Fun, it's packed and the fragrances are wonderful. People crowd around you to see what you're smelling and to choose their own. The people that work there make it even more fun..loved it
