Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Minor Policy
So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Minors (guests under the age of 18) may only receive Woodhouse Spa services following written parental/legal guardian consent. Woodhouse Spa reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for underage guests.
Minor guests must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian in all areas of the spa including but not limited to the Dressing/Locker Room, Quiet Room, and Retail/Lobby area.
MASSAGE / RITUALS / BODY TREATMENTS
• Minor guests must be paired with a therapist of the same sex.
• Guests under the age of 16 must have a parent/legal guardian present during the entirety of the performed service(s).
• Minors may not receive treatments in the Vichy Shower.
WAXING
• Minor guests must be 16+ to receive Bikini Wax and have a parent or guardian in the room.
• Minors may not receive Brazilian Wax.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged.
Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Parking
Free parking is available in our two-story parking garage, located just off of Main Street, behind the Spa's front entrance. You're welcome to park in any spot that is not marked as "reserved" for one of our neighbors. Additional parking is available in the City of Montgomery's Public Parking Lot (9431 Shelly Lane), which is an approximate 3-minute walk.
Please note: The construction of the new Montgomery Quarter (located behind Woodhouse) requires the intermittent closure of northbound Main Street, which leads to our parking garage. We suggest allowing a few extra minutes for arrival. If you find Main Street closed, know that our garage is still open: simply make a right turn on Cooper Road, a right onto Main Street, then a right into the parking garage.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival if you have opted in to email and/or text messaging from the spa. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Curbside Pickup
Avoid the hassle of parking and stay cozy in your car: Woodhouse offers stress-free Curbside Pickup! Simply purchase your gift card(s) online and choose "pick up at the store." When you arrive at the spa, look for the Curbside Pickup sign, then call or text (513) 891-4772. Our friendly Concierge will be right out with your order.
Spa Payments and Gratuity
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.
Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice.
Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. There will be a $50 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed.
Gift Cards
Woodhouse Spa gift cards purchased at Woodhouse Cincinnati, Dayton, and Liberty Township locations do not expire. Woodhouse gift cards which contain value may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Promotional gift cards may include restrictions printed on the card and may be subject to expiration.
Redemption of a gift card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulations. Should a card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply.
To ensure a legitimate gift card, always purchase directly from Woodhouse Spa (in-spa or using the egift feature on our official website). Woodhouse cannot guarantee the legitimacy of gift cards purchased from third-party or resale sites. There is a risk that the card could be fake, invalid, or have a stolen balance and may not be honored at time of service.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
