    Based on the reviews, it appears that I'm not the only one that has experienced issues with Sephora's staff. Based on the lack of response, it seems that Sephora does not take the opinions of their customer's seriously. The several times that I have been into this particular Sephora location, the staff have been extremely unprofessional, neglectful of their customers, and absorbed within their own vanity. In saying, it seems that they can't be bothered with assisting customer's because they're too busy talking amongst themselves, while sampling the makeup and the perfumes. Not even a "Thank you, have a nice day." Only a flippant attitude and dull expressions. As a long time Sephora shopper and credit card user, I will be taking my timestamped receipt as well as a screenshot of the reviews I see here to Sephora's corporate headquarters. In the meantime, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

    I was at the door of the Kohl's at 852pm. I needed to grab an eyeliner from the Sephora then walk out. The doors were all locked and I was told they are closed, even though Google says they are open until 9pm. I was a little disappointed that two workers just looked at me and shrugged their shoulders and walked by.
