- HTharper thomson5 days ago5.0last night we had the best experience at Sephora on Fields Ertel!! manager Faith was incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable to me and my partner. she chatted with us, helped us find what we needed, and even provided us with a few samples of some products we were interested in trying, which has never happened to me at any Sephora anywhere. Faith was so kind and she made our experience so much better than we could've expected!!

Each has been so helpful with helping me find the products needed, and given great recommendations to try new products. The store can be busy at times, and some customers are not the nicest to the staff. Thank you Kailee, Megan, Tara, Riza, Grace, Laila, Barb, and Faith! Keep up the great work ladies!
