When I opened the email, it clearly stated that I could present either the barcode or my physical ID. I even asked what happens if a customer doesn’t have their phone, and she said they’re turned away. That gives the impression that she’s being lazy and difficult, choosing to do things her own way instead of following Sephora’s stated policies. As a manager, she should be properly trained to assist customers accurately and professionally. Very disappointing experience. I’ll be taking my business to another Sephora.
