I waited a long time didn’t even complain still said hi to the lady who helped me but she didn’t even say a word to me, scanned my barcode then walked away. When she came back out still no word from her, did not look at me once just handed me the bag so I did the same . Then as I was walking away she decided to yell out have a good day to me for everybody to hear.

This gal with pink hair harshly shoved a basket into my friends hands without even asking if we wanted one. Needless to say we left right after that. I don’t understand why retail stores discriminate against younger people, we typically are the larger demographic of consumers towards makeup products!!!!
- AMAnnamae M.Nov 9, 20254.0TLDR- Online Pickup order was messed up and the associates with the order were not helpful, but my issue was resolved with help from leadership in store. So I wanted to share my experience with this store. As a frequent shopper at Sephora, I am familiar with the process for online order pickup. I had 3 items in my order but upon pickup one item was missing and the ladies who helped me stated that "if the item wasn't in the bag then its out of stock." I never received an email notification about the item being out of stock and I was still charged. Since this order was for my significant other, I needed to get this missing item as it was the only thing they could talk about AND it was charged for. I had to speak with a cashier and Alaura (who Ican only assume was a supervisor), who both were sweet and extremely helpful! The cashier even found the missing product on the shelf in the store, which brought up even more confusion as to why the item wasn't in the order. All of this is to say, advocate for yourself and double check your online pickup orders!
