I’m in Tennessee and had my Dad who lives in Anderson swing by to grab it. Lily had offered to ship it to me, made payment by phone and pick up super easy! A good personality and a hand written note go a long way. I will do business here again!

Attempted to purchase a hairbrush and was asked to show a cosmetology license. When I appeared surprised, the associate took the hairbrush and said well you cannot purchase this. I told her I didn’t know this was cosmetologists only. She said it’s right on the front door (rudely). I went to the front door to see how I could have missed it, and yes it was there in small letters. I commented to her it would be better if the lettering was either bigger or centered higher up on the door so you could notice it. She said in a rude tone, well I don’t make the signs. Truly if you you’re going to put a shop like this in a very busy shopping center, please be more transparent. Also I’d not have been writing this poor review if the associate were kinder about this.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
What is SalonCentric's return policy for store and online purchases?
Store purchases can be returned to any SalonCentric store with a valid receipt. Online orders of $150 or less can also be returned to a local store within 90 days with packing slip or invoice, excluding electrical items and shears.
