  Sitting in the salon and the water shuts off! A lot of the stylist have clients that are in the process of getting their hair washed and now they are scrambling to find ways to rinse product out of their clients heads. This is very dangerous and unacceptable!! For starters the temperature outside is below freezing, and to have an appointment to get your hair done and in the mist of getting my hair done the water turns off!! I’m sure the owners take their payments freely each week or month, yet can’t make sure that the water is on at ALL times!! The owners need to make sure things are paid and paid on time! Because this situation can cause for people to get sick and or have some type of chemical damage! Salon Lofts get it together!!

  Michelle is an amazing hairstylist!. I went from brunette to blonde and blue hair and it turned out gorgeous her skill and technique are splendid and she really cares about your hair and does everything she can to cause minimal damage to it plus she is affordable you will not regret booking with her!

  Booked an appointment with Laura. She was amazing. Came in with an idea but came up with a different look. I love the recommendations Laura gave me. She seen how mistreated and split hair i had . I came out with a color i loved and with healthy looking hair. Definitely recommend.
