  Summer was 10/10 !! This was my first time here at Rowan and will def always recommend after the service I received today. The store was so clean and the rest of the staff super friendly. Go see Summer ASAP! Loved it!

  This is a very over-hyped business concept that profits on the idea that someone medically professional will be able to not only pierce your ears, but be able to help you if there are issues in the after care. Let me save you the trouble of finding out what the after care is- 1. Use the cleaning solution. 2. Go to urgent care if there’s an actual problem. That’s it. We have had multiple issues between my child’s piercings and my helix piercing and the Rowan staff is blatantly unhelpful every single time we have gone in. Today was the final straw for me when I went in with my helix inflamed (yet again) and couldn’t get the back of the earring off, which I asked for help with. After a ridiculous amount of back and forth, a nurse touching my ear without gloves, and subsequently purchasing more solution because they had nothing to clean my ear off with and I didn’t want to get an infection from her hands I am well and truly done with coming here. (In the end I did not end up getting help with getting the back off of my earring, which is the reason I went in.) We paid $400 on day one for three piercings and accessories and have bought two bottles of solution in the interim and we continue to deal with issues with these piercings. I think you run the same risk of piercing problems at any reasonably well-run and clean tattoo and piercing shop and can probably get out the door for less money. In the future we will not recommend Rowan to friends whose kids need ear piercings.

  Fabulous Forward Helix pierced by Nurse Chloe ! I’ve had my forward helix pierced incorrectly in the past at a tattoo parlor. Chloe was by far quicker and more considerate of my requests. I would for sure let her pierce me again !

  Nurse Jen and Nurse Summer kindly and confidently pierced my daughter’s ears. They synchronized the task which made it quick, safe and convenient! Highly recommend!! Thanks for making my daughter feel at ease and giving her the confidence to pierce her ears!

  Booked same day. Staff and nurse were super nice. Nurse double checked with me for placement and felt such little pain with the device. They went over prices verbally with me while looking at the case of earrings and prices before the piercings, but I didn’t register I guess just how expensive three piercings would be here — 3 lobe ear piercings w the device (had to pay for 2 pairs of earrings) ended up being over $300 w tip which kinda shocked me at the register lol.. but ig you pay for a nurse and their knowledge for more assured safety and minimized likelihood for infection. They look amazing just what I wanted so overall great experience just expensive :)
