Rowan is all about ears. We offer a fun, celebratory and safe piercing experience for everyone. All our piercings are done by licensed nurses and all our products are hypoallergenic. When we say “Piercing for All”, we mean it. Everybody is invited to this ear party.

- LLLisa LambertJan 3, 20261.0Do your homework before going here. Staff was friendly during the piercing made the process seem simple buy their spray use three times daily and twist earrings. This was my daughter's 3rd time being pierced. We did this and after 5 days her earrings were inside her ears and no longer visible because of swelling in both ears. I called the store they told me we could come in for a "nurse" evaluation. I let them know we would be in the morning and let them know we would be using peroxide to clean them and they let me know that would be fine. We went to the store in the morning. They let me know peroxide not recommended and they wouldn't say that even though they did and said my daughter must have pushed the backs to create the swelling which was not the case once we were seen and treated by a doctor. They let me know there was nothing they could do except go to urgent care which we had to do. This was an extremely traumatic event for my 10 year old extremely painful and a lot of blood to have them removed by a doctor. I called to get a refund and they offered to re-pierce her for free which per the doctor can't be done for at least 6 months and I don't think she will ever do again. I asked for a refund and they only gave me the price of the 24ct over stainless earrings which can still cause a allergic reaction. I am now into this $200 and have one traumatized little girl.

She got home, and it was completely the wrong size for her nose. She tried to return it today, but Rowan declined to refund or exchange. To make matters worse, they told her that none of their products are meant for the nose. That would have been nice to know when she made the purchase . They could have had a customer for life, but they just lost a first time customer for life.

I was hoping to try on some of the more expensive solid gold earrings to make sure I liked them but wasn't allowed. I ended up getting great service at the Kendra Scott next door instead 😊

We are a cashless studio.
