I was also considering signing up for a membership myself, but unfortunately, my experience made me feel uncomfortable and out of place. I arrived on time for my appointment, but the door appeared to be locked even though staff were inside. I knocked and no one came to the door, despite it appearing that I was seen. I returned to my car to call the business to confirm they were open, but no one answered. When I knocked a second time, two staff members were inside, and one finally came to the door and asked how she could help. I informed her that I had an appointment. During check-in, my name was mispronounced. I kindly corrected her and helped with the pronunciation, but instead of attempting to say it, she avoided using my name and asked her coworker, referring to me as “our friend.” This interaction felt dismissive and added to my discomfort. Despite arriving on time, another client was allowed in before me. I waited until that service was completed, and when I was taken back, the room did not appear to have been cleaned or prepared prior to my service. However, once my service was finished, someone was already waiting at the door and immediately went in to clean, which felt inconsistent and raised concerns about sanitation practices. After my service, I was interested in speaking with someone about a membership, but I was ignored. I honestly felt uncomfortable due to how the entire situation was handled. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and the treatment I received was uncomfortable and felt racially biased, despite the business presenting photos of black clients on their website.

What is the age limit for each service?
For medical and core services you must be 12 and older with special protocols. The age limit for Cryoskin is 16 years old.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and how long does each service take?
Whole Body Cryotherapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. All that is needed upon your arrival is just yourself and good energy! We provide all the needed apparel to ensure you have a safe and fun experience (slippers, socks, robe, gloves, mask, and beanie). Your first time cryo appointment will be for 2:30 with future sessions going up to 3:00.
What is the benefit of being a member?
As a Restore member you pay member pricing on any additional services and packs you purchase in addition to what's included in your membership. As a member you'll save as much as 30% on any additional service or pack compared with regular pricing. For example, if you have a Level Up Membership and are interested in getting a Hydrafacial, you'll save 30% on your service as a member.
Do you accept Insurance, HSA, or FSA?
We accept HSA and FSA, no insurance or CareCredit. HSA and FSA cannot be used for facial services.
