I called this place at 7:45am. They were not open yet, but I received a text message asking me what I would like to do?And it gave me options.One of the options was do you want to schedule an appointment. I responded, yes.It asked me what type of appointment it gave me options.I checked the one that I wanted.It gave me options for same day.Three different time slots available. I chose the later time slot as I was working during the day and it was very convenient that they offered the late appointment. The last notification I received was that it was my first appointment with them and I would need to arrive ten minutes early to complete paperwork. I arrived 10 minutes early, and I was told that the nurses had left and they leave at 6 PM. Every day so they were not sure why it allowed me to schedule for the service I wanted at that time of the evening after 6pm. I am traveling out of town the next day.And sciatica was really bothering me and it was very difficult for me to travel in such pain. The receptionist stated they called me, but I didn't answer. I asked, how come they did not text me as they were before?And they told me they did not see the text messages in their system.I kindly showed them my phone, and then they told me they saw the messages in their system. They told me that they were sorry and there's nothing that they could do. And that maybe I could try a location 3 minutes away of a different company that closed in 5 minutes. My question would be why offer the virtual booking?If you know you can't accommodate and then if you could not reach me, why would you not try all other methods of communication?Because when I filled out my information, I gave you phone number email address and text information. I am extremely disappointed in the service that they could not provide and the lack of empathy knowing that they asked my reason for the appointment. I do understand things happen, and I try to definitely give grace.
So at this time, I will just say shame on you for not following through and making sure that a first time customer who would have been a repeat customer for many services that are provided did not receive halfway decent customer service.Because I would have been happy to alter my day.Had someone taken their time to care enough to actually reach me.

For medical and core services you must be 12 and older with special protocols. The age limit for Cryoskin is 16 years old.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and how long does each service take?
Whole Body Cryotherapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. All that is needed upon your arrival is just yourself and good energy! We provide all the needed apparel to ensure you have a safe and fun experience (slippers, socks, robe, gloves, mask, and beanie). Your first time cryo appointment will be for 2:30 with future sessions going up to 3:00.

As a Restore member you pay member pricing on any additional services and packs you purchase in addition to what's included in your membership. As a member you'll save as much as 30% on any additional service or pack compared with regular pricing.
