But she didn't follow instructions, I did not leave with the hairstyle. I wanted, I basically got the same haircut. There's a came in with Nothing changed with my hairstyle, which that's what i wanted a new style of the haircut and definitely did not get that unsatisfied

She was the worst stylist person I've experienced at this place. Luckily, the manager there did majority of the work. When I got home, I noticed the back of the hair was too long and uneven. And the front was not quite right. The only good part was the layering which was done by the manager. please don't put some clueless person there! if I had known, I would've waited to have more experienced and skilled hairdresser.

Then online they say the expired in March 2025 when the ad comes out in August 2025 The Sharonvile store cuts hair so fast that they always see us do a below par job. Never the same stylists.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
