The manager is awesome and does a great job but some of the other people not to good. I took my son in to get his hair cut today. The girl got smart with me. Did a bad job on my son's hair. Even left his face cover in hair. We got home and my son said his hair looks horrible that she didn't even give him a chance to get a good look at it. I think it's time for us to look for another place

- DDDottie DanielsJun 29, 20251.0I went to the Great Clips on kemper road in the Springdale plaza looking to get a short bob. I was not real particular and trusted the young lady cutting my hair. I got home and my oldest daughter did not like my hair at all. She straightened my hair and said it was horrible and even tried to style it and fix it for me. She made another appointment same day to see if another stylist could fix it. When I arrive to the next shop the stylist ask me who cut my hair stating it was the worst attempt at a short bob she had ever seen and she was very kind and told me she would help me. I was lucky to leave there with my hair looking really nice and the young lady offered to help care for my hair advising me never to return to who was responsible for the bad cut.I will definitely take that advice and I appreciate my daughter’s honesty and help.

I even told the you lady that I was going to get my hair braided but she continued to cut. Due to having alopecia I have to wear a wig until my hair grows out. I'm so pissed I will never visit a Great Clip again.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
