- CWCal WebbJul 17, 20251.0Checked-in online it was a 3 minute wait when I walked in the doors, wasn't greeted when I walked in. Looked like both employees were busy so I waited for 5 minutes. Someone came in after me, was greeted immediately and taken right away. Turns out there were 3 employees, 2 of them were just playing with each other's hair so it looked like a customer. I preceded to wait still. Then they greet 2 more people immediately turn one away for a long wait and then tell the next person he's up next ahead of me. Terrible way to run a wait-list and greet a customer. I've been to at least 5 great clips in the area. This was a joke and very annoying waste of time.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
